Hair Behaviors Wig Information - Due to sanitary reasons, all wigs are non-refundable

Orders can be returned within 7 days of receipt in their original packaging for an exchange only. Any hair extensions that have been altered, washed or worn in any way will not qualify to be returned.
 
Please notify Hair Behaviors by phone (872-223-6779) or email (hairbehaviors@gmail.com) before the return. The client is responsible for returning the item(s) pre-paid to Hair Behaviors. The cost of shipping will not be returned and we will not pay for the return shipping fee.
 
We do not offer credits on any of our merchandise.
 
We reserve the right to not accept a return.
 
While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with us is positive.
